SHIPPING POLICY
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are excluded.
Additional shipping charges may apply to these locations.
Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email. NYCTouch is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Online Purchases
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for NYC Touch Online Store Credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Pop-Up Shop Purchases
Purchases made at an NYC Touch pop-up shop may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Exchange only; no refunds. Pop-up shop purchases must be returned directly to the pop-up location and cannot be returned through our online store or converted to online store credit.
